Children's Ministry

God's call is upon the children. He wants our children to learn to pray and minister and to truly experience all that He has to offer through the same Holy Spirit that He gives to us as adults. From Noah's Ark (infant to 3 year olds) to Promiseland (ages 4 - 5th grade), Faith Community Church offers an environment where children can fall in love with Jesus through praise, worship, teaching and prayer. Our purpose is to train children to be disciples of Jesus today, believing that they also can minister in the power of His name to the world around them. Noah's Ark and Promiseland both meet during the Worship service.

Youth Ministry

With so much of the world screaming for their attention - in the media as well as from peers - it is imperative that we focus on giving our youth a good Christian world view of our society. Our goals are to help them grow spiritually in their personal walk with the Lord, prepare them to minister to other teens, and to grow in numbers as we reach out to young people in our community. Junior Teens (6th-8th grade) are led by Cory and Theresa Elgersma and meet every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. Senior Teens (9th-12th grade) are led by Don Tutwiler and also meet every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.

Small Group Ministries

We have found that there is nothing that can replace the basic model that started 2,000 years ago in the early church. That model was the small group that met from house to house. As often as the church has drifted away from that model it continues to be drawn back to it. Many churches around the world are realizing first hand the value of meeting in groups of 10.

Our intent is for our Sunday worship service and our small groups to be the two most crucial components of our entire ministry. If you would like to have more information about a specific small group, please contact one of the leaders.
